Monica began her career at Frost National Bank and gained experience in medical billing, executive assistance, and telemarketing. She spent over 19 years as Director of Administration at the Valero Texas Open before joining Fit To A Tee as Billing Coordinator. Promoted in 2024 to Accounting Director, Monica now oversees all accounting and finance operations and coordinates client showroom installations. Known for her dedication, she often helps with deliveries and pickups. Outside work, Monica enjoys time with her husband Randy, their two sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
